I'm Ryan. R3CONFIG is my handle, my standard, and the name people remember when the problem gets hard.

I work at the intersection of hardware, software, customer trust, and high-stakes troubleshooting. This site is the public dossier: career first, technical skill second, selective premium work third. The point is simple — when someone needs the person who can actually figure it out, they know who to call.

R3CONFIG is not just a side-business name. It's the public handle for how I think and work — diagnose the system, reconfigure what's broken, and ship something cleaner than what was there before.

Twenty-plus years of fixing things other people gave up on. The reviews further down this page tell the same story over and over: another shop failed, another chain failed, manufacturer support failed — then the customer called me.

My career path is built around technical troubleshooting, customer-facing problem solving, electronics, hardware systems, and the move toward deeper skilled technical work. I can learn complex systems, work with people, and fix problems that don't have obvious answers.

I am not the cheapest option in Northwest Arkansas — and that is intentional. R3CONFIG is built for serious PC work: custom gaming PCs, creator workstations, upgrades, diagnostics, and performance-focused repairs.

Premium, specific work only. Diagnostics, custom builds, consulting, and recovery work are paid services. Rates are fixed and non-negotiable. No lowballing, no trades, and no “exposure” work.

For serious local NWA inquiries only. No sales pitches, vendor offers, marketing services, spam, or remote partnership requests.

For the fastest response, include:

  • What you need done
  • Your budget range & timeline
  • PC specs or parts list if available
  • Photos if something is already built or broken

Serious details get serious answers. Vague messages may not receive priority. I may not answer unknown calls while working, building, driving, or with family. If you call, leave a clear voicemail or send a text. No message usually means no callback.
